Technology Transformation

Technology should fit the business. Not the other way around.

A platform is not a requirement. We start by understanding the operating problem, information need and future scale of the organization, then design the technology response that supports them.

Tell us where it hurts

Signs technology transformation may be needed

  1. 01 Critical work happens in spreadsheets outside core systems.
  2. 02 Duplicate entry and reconciliation are normal.
  3. 03 Different locations use different processes or data structures
  4. 04 Management reporting is slow or contested.
  5. 05 Customer information is fragmented.
  6. 06 Approvals remain manual because systems do not reflect real authority.
  7. 07 The organization has ERP but still cannot trust inventory or reporting.
  • ERP & Core Business Systems

ERP readiness, business requirements, process design, selection, configuration principles, data readiness, testing, go-live, adoption and post-implementation improvement.

  • CRM & Customer Operations

Design the commercial process first; lead ownership, qualification, pipeline, follow-up, customer information and management visibility; then, configure the CRM around it.

  • Data & Management Information

Start with the decision, not the dashboard. Define what management needs to know, the source of truth, ownership, data quality and reporting logic before adding more visualizations.

  • Systems Integration

Determine what must connect, which system owns which data and where integration creates real operational value. Do not integrate everything simply because it is technically possible.

  • Business Process Automation

Simplify first. Automate second. Remove unnecessary steps, clarify responsibility and then automate work that benefits from speed, consistency or reduced manual handling.

  • Transformation Architecture & Implementation Governance

Create a coherent environment across core systems, customer operations, data, integration, automation and AI. Govern implementation around business outcomes, not only technical milestones.

ERP selection

Evaluate fit, multi-entity complexity, sector requirements, integration, reporting, usability, scalability, implementation effort, support, total cost and maintainability. Requirements should be defined before vendor demonstrations become the decision process.

Data migration, testing and go-live

Data migration is a business-data decision. Testing should use realistic operating scenarios. Go-live is a milestone; successful transformation depends on adoption, reliable data and the quality of the operating process after launch.

Platform positioning

The parent Technology Transformation page remains platform-agnostic. Vendor or platform pages can be added later where Advise & Co has genuine capability and current, verified credentials.

Tell us where it hurts.

You do not need to know which service you need. Tell us what is happening: margin pressure, inventory that does not reconcile, slow reporting, founder dependency, an ERP that is not working, an AI opportunity or a business that has simply become harder to manage.
